The machine was designed and patented by Desider Stern while he was working as an ingenieur in the Szigony Müszaki Vállalat business of his friend Imre Simon.
It is, for me, fascinating to see how a same person can come up with the multifaceted Elektro and only a few years later draw something as beautiful and streamlined as the Model 105.
Difficult not to think of Appolaire's Orphée:
