60 years ago... this is what was said about the English coffee making:
Last time i was in the UK, My eyes went like in cartoons bouncing out several times out of my face...
You see, 60 years later...
Coffee is growing in the UK...
Okay Okay... it was in the Eden Project...
Not only do they grow coffee... they also know how to make it...
...not at the Eden Project... no no no...
but here in Wales (Morgan Arcade in Cardiff to be precise):
The espresso was stunning.
I mean what do you expect? The chap finished 4th at the 2010 final of the official UK Barista Championship.

Although... this is not the "real" compliment.
The crazy thing is that we returned a few times when he was not present...
and guess what?! The espresso was absolutely amazing... (the difference was really minimal, Trevor's being a tad better before you understand me wrong ) and this is the real achievement. Far better than any Café i know in Vienna (apart maybe from the ODC but then again, the guys there are trained by Johanna Wechselberger).

Well at this pace... i am afraid my favourite Uk meal "beans on toast" is going to look like this in 2020.
