The breveted system allowed you to wait for the right pressure to be obtained before letting the water go through the grinned coffee (Fig.6). It also allowed you to stop the brew any time you want... and either make one jug (Fig. 3 and Fig. 5) or 2 jugs of coffee simultaneously (Fig. 4).
